L’attrait, a new condominium building funded with $18mn from Japanese investors, broke ground yesterday in BKK. Standing 26 floors tall, the new project expected for completion by 2020 offers 149 high-end units. According to the project manager, Ryo Amasawa, over 40% of the units already sold to mostly expats from Japan.
